1. 负责构建机器人的自主Agent的架构并实现，使得机器人具备记忆管理（短期/长期）与上下文理解的任务分解、工具调用的能力； 2. 负责构建机器人端的数据-认知-决策闭环的任务分解能力： - 融合视觉/语音/传感器信号，完成感知-理解-规划-执行的闭环； - 引入RAG与知识库，提供领域知识检索与记忆召回； 3. 设计并实现多 Agent 协作协议的设计开发（可参考 MCP/A2A），支持异构模型协同、对抗与自检/反思机制； 4. 负责自主智能体的部署与工程化，以及评估体系的建立与持续调优；

1. 计算机/人工智能/机器人相关专业； 2. 熟悉 LLM-Agent 框架与模式：ReAct/CoT/ToT/AutoGPT/Voyager/OpenDevin 等，能独立设计多步推理链； 3. 熟悉 LangGraph / LangChain / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / Dify / Coze 等其中至少两项，并有实际落地经验； 4. 至少精通一门语言：Python / C++ ，其余语言熟悉者加分； 5. 具备 RAG 实战经验：Embedding 选择、检索策略、Reranking、知识库构建与长上下文处理； 6. 加分项：具备多模态经验（视觉/语音/传感器之一）/ 强化学习 / 感知导航 等相关经验者优先；
