酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.负责新产品导入（NPI）阶段测试工艺方案的设计、验证与落地，保障量产测试质量； 2.主导新产品测试流程、测试用例、测试规范的制定，覆盖功能、性能、可靠性等多维度； 3.协同研发团队完成测试方案评审，识别测试难点并推动提前解决； 4.负责新产品试产阶段的测试执行、问题跟踪与闭环管理； 5.输出测试工艺相关文档（测试方案、作业指导书、测试报告等）； 6.推动测试工艺的标准化与自动化，提升量产测试效率与一致性； 7.配合品质、生产团队解决量产过程中出现的测试异常。

1.本科及以上学历，电子工程、信息工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业； 2.熟悉新产品导入流程与测试工艺开发方法； 3.掌握常用测试仪表的使用与方法，能独立设计测试方案； 4.具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力，能推动测试相关问题高效解决； 5.具备良好的文档撰写能力，能输出规范化的工艺文档； 6.有机器人、消费电子、智能硬件NPI经验者优先； 7.能承受新产品导入阶段的加班与项目压力。 加分项 1.有完整NPI项目从试产到量产的导入经验； 2.熟悉DFT（可测试性设计）相关方法； 3.熟悉产测MES系统或测试数据管理平台。
