1. 本科及以上学历，计算机 / 自动化 / 机器人等相关专业。 2. 熟悉 Linux 环境，熟练使用 C++/Python 开发，了解 ROS/ROS2、运动控制 / 导航等机器人核心模块。 3. 具备良好的技术沟通与问题排查能力，独立完成场景开发全流程交付。 4. 有人形机器人开发、二开平台接口使用经验者优先。
