负责具身模型的开源发布、开发者体验与生态建设，推动模型被外部开发者使用、集成和持续贡献。 岗位职责 1. 制定模型开源路线与发布计划，协调算法、工程及相关团队，统筹模型权重、训练与推理代码、评测、模型卡、文档和许可证等发布内容。 2. 推动开源项目的易用性与可复现性，完善安装、微调、评测、推理及真机部署流程，组织建设教程、示例和演示项目。 3. 建设 GitHub、Hugging Face 等开发者社区，建立 Issue 响应、PR 协作、版本发布和贡献者参与机制。 4. 联合高校、研究机构、机器人厂商及开发者社区，推进模型适配、框架集成、应用共建与技术交流，拓展实际使用场景。 5. 跟踪开发者使用、有效贡献、生态集成和问题解决情况，将社区反馈转化为研发需求，推动开源项目持续迭代。 任职要求 1. 具备软件开发、机器学习或机器人相关技术背景，能够阅读代码、运行模型，并定位常见的安装、推理和部署问题。 2. 有开源项目维护、开发者生态或技术社区建设经验，能够展示具体项目、个人贡献及建设成果。 3. 熟悉 Git、GitHub 协作和开源发布流程，理解模型训练、评测与部署，对开源许可证、第三方依赖及发布规范有基本认识。 4. 具备良好的中英文技术表达和项目管理能力，能够编写技术文档、组织开发者交流，并协调研发团队和外部合作伙伴推进交付。 加分项 - 是 AI、机器人或开发者工具类开源项目的维护者、核心贡献者。 - 有大模型开源发布、国际开源社区协作或机器人开发者生态建设经验。
