岗位职责 1. 负责机器人软件测试工作，结合产品需求和设计文档，完成测试计划制定、测试用例设计、测试规范及验收标准定义、日常测试执行，确保项目按计划高质量完成并交付 2. 负责机器人各模块的测试工作，包括但不限于嵌入式、端侧软件、运动控制、人机交互、自主导航等 3. 高效推进日常测试，负责测试过程中的问题排查、根因定位、结果确认，跟踪验证问题解决方案，保证测试问题完成修复验证闭环 4. 与研发、产品、项目等部门紧密合作，参与产品需求分析、设计方案讨论，提供测试建议，横向拉通各业务部门，确保测试输入和输出正确性和完备性

任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械等相关专业，机器人、自动驾驶、智能座舱或其他智能设备软件测试行业从业时间3年以上，有6人及以上测试团队管理经验优先 2. 了解机器人/自动驾驶/智能座舱嵌入式系统及端侧软件系统，熟悉关联测试方法及流程 3. 熟悉一门编程语言(C/C++，Python)，具有一定自动化测试开发能力者优先 4. 较强的问题识别和分析能力，跨团队沟通拉齐能力，高效协调和推进测试问题的闭环管理，有0-1机器人领域产品软件测试交付工作优先
