1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信类相关专业；8年以上经验； 2、精通RTOS系统及其基本原理，对嵌入式软件有深刻理解； 3、深入理解多核编程和SMP相关的知识、系统启动流程，能合理选用各种操作系统（RTOS、Linux等）； 4、参加过复杂系统的分析和设计，具有基本的架构设计能力； 5、对电子行业充满热情，良好的学习能力、驱动力及团队领导力，喜欢挑战。
