1. 参与场景化 Agent 设计与开发 面向导览、导购、接待等机器人业务场景，参与 Agent 流程设计、任务拆解、多轮对话和异常处理。 2. 参与 Agent 框架与 AgentOS 能力建设 协助建设 Agent Runtime、Workflow、Memory、Tool Use 等基础能力，支持不同场景 Agent 的快速配置、调试和迭代。 3. 设计和接入 Agent 工具能力 参与定义机器人 Agent 可调用的工具接口，包括知识库检索、业务系统查询、预约登记、商品推荐等能力，让大模型能够稳定调用工具完成任务。 4. 优化 Prompt、Workflow 和行为约束 针对不同机器人角色和场景，设计 Prompt、流程模板和约束规则，提升 Agent 回复、决策和工具调用的稳定性。 5. 参与 Agent 仿真评测与数据分析 参与测试 Case 设计、运行 Trace 分析、失败样本标注和效果评估，推动 Agent 持续优化。

1. 编程基础 熟悉 Python 或 TypeScript / JavaScript 至少一种语言，了解 Git、JSON、API 调用等基本工程实践，熟悉 AI Coding 流程优先。 2. 大模型基础认知 理解 LLM 基本能力和边界，有 Prompt Engineering 实践经验，了解 Function Calling、Tool Use、RAG 等机制。 3. Agent 相关理解 了解 Agent、Workflow、Tool、Memory、State、Planner 等基本概念，关注 LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex、AutoGen、Dify 等框架优先。 4. 逻辑抽象能力 能够将复杂业务场景拆解为状态机、决策树、工作流或多轮对话流程。 5. 教育背景 计算机、人工智能、自动化、软件工程、机器人等相关专业本科或硕士在校生优先。
