移动机械臂机器人协作运动规划算法开发：结合移动机械臂机器人多自由度特性与协作任务的特点，探索运动规划与控制算法，结合视觉语言大模型相关技术，进行不同种类的移动操作任务。

系统仿真验证：通过仿真验证算法的鲁棒性与有效性，并进行持续改进； 系统集成与调试：与硬件工程团队、传感器团队协作，集成和优化算法的实时性、准确性和鲁棒性，提升系统整体性能。

职位要求 学历要求：计算机科学、机器人、自动化、控制工程、机械工程等相关专业本科/硕士/博士在校生； 理论基础：熟悉机器人学、刚体运动学，掌握常用的运动学与动力学方法；了解常用的路径规划与轨迹优化等基础理论，熟悉优化问题的构建与求解流程；熟悉机械臂系统的控制流程；

掌握 Python、C++等编程语言，有机器人操作系统ROS2的开发经验；搭建或者使用过移动机器人与机械臂的运动规划与控制框架；了解使用过路径规划与轨迹优化开源框架；使用过常用的开源数值优化框架求解优化问题；熟悉常用机器人仿真软件的使用如MuJoCo、Isaac Lab等。 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，能够将前沿算法应用于产品中，并具备解决实际工程问题的能力；

加分项： 有参与过RoboCon或RoboMaster机器人比赛的经验； 有在国际机器人会议（ICRA、RSS、IROS等）或期刊(T-RO、IJRR、T-FR、T-MECH等)上发表过相关论文； 在移动机械臂协作领域有路径规划、轨迹优化和实时控制系统的项目经验者优先； 有参与VLM/VLA等深度学习相关的机械臂控制项目经验；
