1.负责主流AI Coding工具的选型、试点与规模化落地，结合公司研发场景（如后端、前端、嵌入式开发等），适配工具应用方案，解决工具与现有开发流程、编码规范的适配问题，确保工具可顺畅落地使用。 2.搭建AI Coding工具应用体系，制定工具使用规范、操作指南与最佳实践，开展全员工具使用培训、答疑，赋能研发人员快速掌握工具用法，提升个人编码效率（如代码生成、调试、重构、注释编写等）。 3.收集团队AI Coding工具使用反馈，分析工具应用痛点（如适配性、使用效率、代码质量适配等），联合工具提供方或内部相关团队优化应用方案，持续提升工具应用效果。 4.沉淀AI Coding工具应用经验，输出工具使用技巧、场景化应用案例，搭建工具应用知识库，推动团队形成“AI辅助编码”的工作习惯，降低研发成本、减少重复编码工作。 5. 跟踪AI Coding领域工具迭代动态，调研新型AI编码工具的应用价值，结合公司研发需求进行技术预研与试点，持续优化AI辅助编码的流程与方案。 6.协同研发、测试、产品等团队，推动AI Coding工具与现有研发流程（如代码评审、测试、部署）的深度融合，优化AI辅助编码全流程，提升团队整体研发效率。 7.统计分析AI Coding工具落地后的效率数据（如编码效率提升比例、代码缺陷减少率等），输出应用效果报告，持续优化工具落地策略。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，研发相关工作经验。 2.核心要求：精通至少1种主流AI Coding工具（GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Claude Code、通义编程助手等），有丰富的工具实操经验，能熟练运用工具完成代码生成、调试、重构等工作，熟悉工具的高级用法。 3.熟悉至少1门主流编程语言（Python、Java、Go、JavaScript等），具备扎实的编码基础，能理解研发流程与编码规范，快速适配不同研发场景的工具应用需求。 4.具备良好的流程优化能力，能结合研发场景，梳理AI Coding工具落地流程，发现并解决工具应用中的各类实操问题。 5.具备优秀的沟通表达、培训赋能能力，能清晰传递工具使用技巧，开展全员培训，推动工具在团队内的普及与深度应用。 6.有研发效率提升、工具落地推广相关经验者优先，具备良好的学习能力，能快速跟进新型AI Coding工具的迭代与应用。 7.工作严谨细致，有责任心，善于总结归纳，能沉淀工具应用经验，推动团队研发效率持续提升。
