1. 应用C++开发、调试和交付高实时性、高可靠和高安全的算法应用程序； 2. 熟悉C++实时性和时延优化的开发经验，能够独立完成模块的性能优化； 3. 负责机器人运控软件框架设计及运控功能模块开发，参与技术方案讨论，输出技术设计文档；； 4. 负责运控模型部署，状态机设计，底层/上层接口封装等功能开发，协助排查线上问题，定位Bug根因并提出解决方案； 5. 负责搭建实时可靠的底层运控系统，分析和定位通讯链路问题； 6. 根据导师安排，完成其他研发相关任务。

硬性条件： · 全日制本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、通信、自动化等相关专业； · 扎实的计算机基础知识：数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络、数据库； · 熟练使用C++，有实际项目经验； · 熟悉Git操作，了解Linux基本命令 熟悉ROS2或机器人行业相关开发经验者优先。

软性素质： · 自驱力强，能主动学习新技术； · 有良好的代码习惯和文档意识； · 具备基本的英语阅读能力（能看懂官方文档和Stack Overflow）。

加分项： · 有开源项目贡献或技术博客； · 有竞赛经历（ACM/LeetCode/蓝桥杯等）； · 有分布式、微服务、高并发相关项目经验。
