Genie业务部专注打造可作业的通用具身智能机器人，以技术研究与场景落地并重，通过数据与算法驱动、软硬一体协同，引领智能作业新革命。目前我们已推出了一系列算法、硬件和软件，包括具身基座大模型、精灵G1/G2/G2 Air产品矩阵及Genie Studio一站式具身智能开发平台等，应用于工业、商业等作业智能场景。

1. 负责人形机器人的全身运动规划算法开发，结合多自由度特性与协作任务的特点，设计路径规划、轨迹优化、实时反应式控制与力控等相关算法。 2. 深度参与数据闭环pipline，与遥操，具身算法团队协作，使得具身算法获得更好的端到端效果，包括拟人性，实时性，安全性等多个方面 3. 负责系统仿真验证：通过仿真验证算法的鲁棒性与有效性，并进行持续改进； 4. 负责系统集成与调试：与硬件工程团队、传感器团队协作，集成和优化算法的实时性、准确性和鲁棒性，提升系统整体性能。

1. 学历要求：计算机科学、机器人、自动化、控制工程、机械工程或相关领域的硕士及以上学历； 2. 理论基础：熟悉机器人学、刚体运动学，掌握常用的运动学与逆运动学方法；至少熟练掌握如下一个领域 1. 具备深厚的运动规划理论基础，掌握常用的路径规划算法（如RRT、PRM、A*）及其改进； 2. 熟练掌握轨迹优化与模型预测控制方法，熟悉基础凸优化与非线性优化问题的构建与求解； 3. 熟悉机械臂系统的控制策略，掌握阻抗/导纳等力控算法，熟悉运动学与动力学辨识流程； 3. 专业技能： 1. 熟练掌握 Python、C++等编程语言，有机器人操作系统ROS2的开发经验； 2. 熟悉常用的运动学/动力学库如Pinocchio等； 3. 熟悉掌握路径规划与轨迹优化开源框架例如OMPL、TrajOpt、Chomp、Curobo、Pyroki等； 4. 熟悉掌握全身控制与实时优化的开源框架； 5. 有机械臂力控与标定等实机项目经验； 6. 熟悉常用机器人仿真软件的使用如MuJoCo、Isaac Lab、mjlab等。 4. 具备2年以上机器人领域算法开发的工作经验，特别是在机械臂协作领域有路径规划、轨迹优化、全身控制的实时控制系统工程落地经验者优先； 5. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，能够将前沿算法应用于产品中，并具备解决实际工程问题的能力； 加分项： 1. 有参与过RoboCon或RoboMaster机器人比赛经验； 2. 有在国际机器人会议（ICRA、RSS、IROS等）或期刊(T-RO、IJRR、T-FR、T-MECH等)上发表过相关论文； 3. 有深度独立负责机械臂产品或项目相关的经验； 4. 有参与VLM/VLA等深度学习相关的机械臂控制项目经验
