承接来自导师或 Infra 团队的简单业务需求，独立完成小型功能开发、脚本编写或配置调整任务（例如：增加系统监控项、日志轮转脚本、简单 API 调用工具等）。 参与系统软件的日常开发流程，包括需求理解、代码实现、自测验证及简单文档编写。 对现有脚本或工具进行功能扩展与优化（如提升执行效率、增加异常处理、适配新环境等），减少重复性人工操作。 在导师指导下，协助定位与开发相关的简单问题（如脚本执行结果异常、配置文件格式错误等），以开发修复为主，而非被动维护。 主动学习机器人系统软件架构，将开发成果沉淀为可复用的工具或模块，提升团队整体交付效率。

Python：熟悉 Python 语法，能独立编写中等复杂度脚本（文件处理、子进程调用、日志解析、HTTP 请求等），具备基本的代码组织与注释习惯。 Linux 系统：熟练使用常用命令（文件、权限、进程、磁盘、文本处理），能够配置定时任务、环境变量，具备基本的软件编译或安装能力。 Docker：了解 Docker 基本操作（build / run / exec / logs），能编写简单的 Dockerfile 或修改现有镜像配置。 Shell 脚本：能够编写较为规范的自动化脚本（如批量数据处理、服务启停、定期备份），熟练使用 grep、sed、awk
