The posting

负责仓库运营、场地管理、机器设备运行相关数据的采集、清洗、分析与可视化呈现，支撑仓储效率、场地规划、设备利用率及成本优化决策；独立或协助完成数据看板搭建、日常数据监控、专题分析报告输出，为供应链与设备运营管理提供数据支持。 主要职责： 1. 负责仓库出入库、库存周转、场地利用率、机器设备分布、利用率、故障等多维度数据飞书表的建立、维护及相关数据的汇总、清洗与校验，保障数据准确性与及时性。 2. 运用飞书仪表盘、火山引擎、Superset 等工具搭建与维护运营数据看板，实现仓库、场地、机器设备关键指标的实时监控与预警。 3. 开展运营数据分析，包括但不限于库存结构、需求完成情况、作业效率等，输出分析结论与优化建议。 4. 协助梳理数据口径、业务流程与数据需求，配合团队完成日常报表、周期性复盘及专项数据分析工作。 5. 跟进数据结论落地，跟踪改善效果，形成数据 — 分析 — 优化 — 复盘的闭环。

1. 研究生及以上学历，数据分析、统计学、工业工程、物流工程、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先。 2. 熟悉数据处理与分析流程，有数据分析、运营分析、供应链 / 设备 / 仓储相关分析经验优先。 3. 有飞书多维表格 / 飞书 BI、火山引擎、Superset其中至少一种 BI 看板搭建与可视化经验者优先。 4. 掌握 SQL 优先，能独立完成数据提取、数据清洗与基础统计分析。 5. 逻辑清晰，细心严谨，具备较强的业务理解能力、数据敏感度和报告撰写能力。 6. 认真负责，学习能力强，能快速理解仓库、场地、机器设备运营业务场景。

其他信息： 实习地点：上海 实习时间：每周到岗不少于 4 天，可稳定实习 3–6 个月及以上优先
