1. 仿真场景搭建与还原： 基于真实工业场景（如工厂产线等）的采集数据（点云、CAD图纸、图像等），在 NVIDIA Isaac Sim 环境中构建高逼真度的3D物理仿真场景； 2. 资产与材质管理： 建立和维护具身智能仿真资产库，处理 USD 格式文件，优化模型的光照、材质、纹理，以满足视觉算法的合成数据生成需求； 3. 物理属性配置： 为仿真场景中的物体及机器人配置准确的物理参数（如质量、摩擦力、碰撞体、关节阻尼、软体/刚体动力学等），最大限度缩小 Sim-to-Real 的物理鸿沟； 4. 协同与环境优化： 与强化学习算法工程师紧密配合，利用 Isaac Sim 的 Python API 实现场景参数化生成、域随机化等，为下游模型的并行训练提供稳定、高效的仿真环境。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数据科学、机器人、人工智能、机械工程、电子工程等相关专业； 2. 深入了解 NVIDIA 仿真生态，具备丰富的 Isaac Sim 实际使用经验，熟悉 USD 文件规范及流转体系； 3. 精通至少一种主流3D建模与处理软件（如 Blender、Maya、3ds Max等），具备扎实的空间建模和拓扑布线能力； 4. 熟悉常见物理引擎，对刚体动力学、碰撞检测有实际调试经验； 4. 熟悉仿真场景中物理属性的构建和使用方法，有实际场景物理属性重建项目经验者优先； 5. 熟练使用 Python，能够通过脚本实现 Isaac Sim 中场景的自动化构建、资产导入与参数批量修改； 6. 主动性强，具备优秀的沟通与团队协作能力，能够与其他团队合作完成任务； 7. 加分项： 了解具身智能、强化学习基础概念；有工业制造场景仿真建模经验者优先。
