1、硕士及以上学历，具有编程大赛等参赛经验者优先； 2、具备接口设计与功能开发能力； 3、熟练掌握C++语音编程，熟悉常见设计模式，有扎实的面向对象设计和实现能力； 4、具有良好的编码风格，熟悉常用的质量保证工具与技术，保证代码的质量与稳定性； 5、抗压能力强，有ownership能够端到端负责业务模块； 6、具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，能够与产品、开发、测试等进行有效的沟通。
