一、项目管理板块 1. 协助运控TPM制定并跟踪项目里程碑计划，监控运动控制算法开发等关键节点的执行进度； 2. 组织并主持团队周会/评审会，整理会议纪要并追踪Action Item闭环； 3. 作为信息中枢，衔接需求与内部技术团队，确保需求传递精准、技术响应同步； 4. 识别项目风险与阻塞点（如物料交期延迟、算法调优超时），及时向上同步并推动解决； 5. 维护项目文档体系（周报、技术方案归档、验收报告等）。 二、运控技术支持板块 1. 参与运动控制相关测试工作； 2. 协助整理BOM清单变更、版本管理及测试数据（燃尽图/缺陷追踪）； 3. 理解基本运控概念，能在会议中听懂技术讨论并准确记录； 4. 协助搭建自动化测试环境或编写简单的数据处理脚本（Python/Excel）。 三、流程与效率优化 1. 识别项目流程中的重复性工作，提出优化建议并推动落地； 2. 协助搭建标准化SOP、优化任务分配机制。

  • 全日制本科及以上在读，自动化、机械电子、控制工程、计算机、机器人等相关专业优先；
  • 每周到岗至少5天，实习3-6个月以上。
  • 沟通主动性强，敢追问、敢同步风险，不怵对接宣贯；
  • 执行力强，能拆解任务并主动推进，不等人催；
  • 细心、耐得住琐碎事务（文档整理、物料追踪、会议纪要）。
