  • 构建任务理解、规划决策、状态维护、闭环执行、异常处理和失败恢复等核心能力。
  • 研究 Agent 与具身基础模型、机器人策略及世界模型的协同，提升真实环境中的决策与执行能力。
  • 探索 Agent 的自主学习与持续提升，使机器人能够主动执行任务、自主采集有效经验，并利用真实反馈持续改进模型。
  • 研究从自主执行、数据产生、评估到模型更新的闭环，以及长期记忆、多机器人协同等关键问题。
  • 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、机器学习等相关方向，具备扎实的算法基础和良好的代码能力。
  • 对 LLM / VLM Agent、规划决策、机器人学习或强化学习等至少一个方向有较深入理解。
  • 对长程自主任务、自主学习、持续学习或真实机器人闭环有较强研究兴趣和实践能力。
  • 有 Agent、VLA、强化学习、多智能体或真实机器人系统经验者优先。
  • 有高质量论文、开源项目或同等研究 / 工程成果者优先。
