职位述概 我们正在招聘一名熟悉安卓开发的工程师，负责机器人产品的移动端客户端开发与维护。该岗位需开发 与维护遥控器类 App（用于机器人操作与调试）以及面向用户的手机 App，App 将调用机器人各类能力 （动作控制、VLN/导航、感知数据展示等），与机器人休戚相关的系统和算法团队紧密协作。 工作职责 •负责 Android 客户端（遥控器 App 与手机 App）的设计、开发与迭代。 • 与机器人端（固件/中间件/算法）定义并实现稳定的通信协议与接口（TCP/UDP/REST/WebSocket/ROS2 bridge等）。 • 实现机器人技能调用与交互逻辑：动作控制、导航（VLN）、传感器数据流展示、多模态交互等。 •优化 App 的性能与稳定性（低延迟控制、视频/音频流处理、断连重连策略）。 • 编写单元测试、集成测试与产品使用文档，参与上线与版本发布流程。 • 与产品、测试、算法团队协作，推动需求落地并参与用户调研与问题定位。

任职要求（必须） • 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程/通信/机器人等相关专业优先。 • 熟练掌握 Android 平台开发（Kotlin/Java），熟悉 Android SDK、组件化开发、生命周期管理。 • 熟悉网络通信（HTTP/WebSocket/TCP/UDP），了解多线程、异步编程、性能优化与内存 • 有丰富的 App 与外部设备（硬件/机器人/IoT）交互经验，能实现稳定的控制与数据采集逻辑。 • 熟悉多媒体流处理（视频/音频）或有实时视频传输经验者优先。 •良好的代码风格与工程化实践（Git、CI、自动化测试、版本管理）。管理。 加分项（优先考虑） • 有机器人或嵌入式系统项目经验；了解 ROS/ROS2、MQTT 等通信中间件。 •了解导航/定位/语义导航（VLN）相关基础与数据交互流程。 • 熟悉跨平台框架（Flutter/React Native）或有 iOS 开发经验以便跨平台协作。 • 有低延迟流媒体、硬件控制、蓝牙/Wi‑Fi直连经验。 • 有良好的产品意识与用户体验设计能力。
