1.对接各业务部门关键管理岗，承接并处理项目各实际需求，做好B端、C端服务保障，按照客户第一的原则，根据客户需求，设计并优化服务流程； 2.做好项目现场全面行政管理工作，包括文化活动、综合物业、空间资产等，对接各类供应商并完成对其的业务考核与日常管理，确保运营平稳； 3.应对各类突出需求与应急事故，处理日常公司内网及员工间舆情； 4.组织各类员工活动，收集员工反馈并制定优化改进方案，关注并提升行政满意度； 5.落实部门、中台制定的各类规则、政策，能够运用相关管理工具拿到业务结果。

1.全日制本科及以上，5年及以上综合行政管理经验，作为现场负责人独立负责过大型互联网公司项目（5万方以上）的优先考虑； 2.有良好的亲和力和综合协调能力，较强的抗压能力和自驱力，具备风险管控与舆情处理经验； 3.能够主导大型、复杂行政项目（园区管理、搬迁等）的经验。
