职位概述 我们致力于打造下一代人工智能机器人产品，现寻找一位具备量产经验的优秀高级C++开发工程师，主导机器人端侧软件架构设计与落地。你将参与构建适用于人型及多形态机器人的先进软件体系，搭建高效软件工程研发流程，与团队共同打造行业领先的机器人产品。 岗位职责 1. 负责机器人端侧核心软件的设计、开发与长期维护，重点覆盖任务引擎、数据闭环系统、OTA升级模块、编程框架及机器人中间件等核心组件，保障软件架构的先进性、可扩展性与稳定性。 2. 深度协同算法、硬件团队，打通“需求-开发-验证”全链路，完成功能闭环开发，推动算法落地与硬件适配，解决跨模块技术协同难题。 3. 主导软件调试、测试与性能优化工作，聚焦机器人运行稳定性、响应效率及资源占用优化，提升产品核心体验。 4. 制定技术文档规范，编写核心模块设计文档、接口手册及用户手册，开展团队内部技术培训与指导，沉淀研发经验。 5. 参与跨职能团队协作（产品、测试、运维等），明确开发节点与质量标准，推动项目按时按质交付。 6. 跟踪机器人及人工智能领域技术前沿，结合产品需求引入创新技术与方案，持续迭代优化软件体系。

1. 计算机科学、软件工程及相关专业本科或硕士学历，具备扎实的计算机理论基础。 2. 对操作系统原理、软件架构设计有深刻理解，具备清晰的逻辑思维与系统设计能力。 3. 具备5年及以上机器人或自动化领域软件开发经验（专家级需8年及以上），拥有机器人产品量产项目开发经验者优先。 4. 精通C/C++编程语言（C++11及以上标准），编码功底扎实，熟悉内存管理、多线程/多进程、异常处理等核心技术；同时熟悉Python/Go等至少一种其他编程语言。 5. 熟悉机器人或自动驾驶相关编程框架与开发工具，如ROS/ROS2、MoveIt!、CMake等，具备相关项目实战经验。 6. 具备良好的问题排查能力，能独立定位并解决复杂软件Bug与性能瓶颈，有高并发、实时性系统开发经验者加分。 7. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作意识与责任心，能承受项目压力，推动跨团队技术协作。 加分项 1. 拥有自动驾驶领域量产软件开发经验，熟悉自动驾驶软件架构与核心模块者。 2. 具备项目领导经验，能主导核心模块开发、统筹技术方案，并指导初级工程师开展工作。 3. 热爱机器人产品研发，对人型机器人、智能装备等领域有浓厚兴趣，有相关开源项目贡献者优先。 4. 熟悉软件测试自动化、CI/CD流程搭建，具备量产级软件质量管控经验者。
