The posting

1. 负责公司人形机器人新项目整体质量策划，根据产品研发节奏制定项目质量目标、质量计划及阶段管控方案，运用FMEA、NUDD等工具前置识别研发质量风险并落实预防措施。 2. 主导研发质量流程与制度建设、迭代优化，梳理IPD全流程质量管控断点，完善研发质量管控体系，推动流程标准化、规范化落地执行。 3. 严格基于IPD研发流程，跟进各技术评审节点，主导研发阶段设计评审、测试方案评审、物料选型评审、工艺方案评审等质量管控工作，把控研发过程质量准入和准出。 4. 负责产品质量标准体系搭建，制定并输出研发阶段检验规范、产品准入标准、设计质量判定标准，确保产品研发、验证、转产质量有据可依。 5. 负责研发阶段各类质量问题的收集、分析与闭环，联动研发、测试、生产团队推进问题整改，沉淀研发质量案例，支撑产品质量持续优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、电子、质量管理等相关专业。 2. 5年以上研发质量DQE工作经验，有机器人、机械臂、智能硬件等行业研发质量经验者优先。 3. 熟悉IPD研发流程体系，熟练掌握新项目质量策划、研发节点评审、研发质量风险管控方法，具备独立搭建研发质量流程与产品标准的能力。 4. 熟练运用FMEA、NUDD、APQP、8D、DOE等研发质量工具，可独立主导研发质量评审、问题分析与质量改善落地。 5. 具备较强的跨部门推进能力、风险识别能力与项目把控能力，自驱力强、逻辑清晰，具备极强的研发质量思维与标准意识，能适配产品快速迭代节奏。
