1. 负责算法成果的集成与验证，打通感知、导航、操作、运控各模块之间的接口与数据流，确保交付的算法达到可在真机集成的状态； 2. 负责算法上机验证，设计测试用例与评估指标，量化算法在真机上的表现，输出可复现的验证报告； 3. 作为港深两地的技术接口人，负责接口定义、版本对齐、联调排期与问题归属界定，维护集成规范与接口文档，降低跨地协作成本； 4. 负责测试环境的搭建与维护，包括测试平台、传感器标定、数据回放与问题复现工具链； 5. 负责模型推理侧的工程优化，包括模型转换、量化加速、实时性保障与资源占用优化，为产品化部署提供基础； 6. 跟踪量产整机硬件与软件版本变更对算法的影响，提前识别风险并推动闭环。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子工程等相关专业； 2. 3 年以上机器人系统集成、嵌入式软件或算法工程化经验； 3. 熟练掌握 C++ / Python，熟悉 ROS / ROS2、Linux 实时系统与多进程通信机制； 4. 有机器人真机调试经验，熟悉传感器标定、时间同步、数据录制与回放等常见工程手段； 5. 熟悉模型部署工具链（TensorRT、ONNX、OpenVINO 等），具备推理性能优化经验者优先； 6. 具备良好的问题定位能力与文档习惯，能够在算法与硬件之间准确界定问题归属； 7. 有跨团队、跨地域联调经验者优先；
