1、负责产品开发中项目管理工作，拥有一定的软件项目管理经验； 2、负责项目计划制定、评审和发布，监控整个计划的执行，识别项目执行风险并及时采取措施解决，确保项目顺利实施； 3、参与与职能部门充分沟通和协调，及时解决项目开发过程中出现的问题和风险，保证项目按时按质交付； 4、参与项目前期软件可行性分析及风险评估，并完成风险闭环； 5、制定并跟进相应软件版本计划，确保各版本开发闭环，项目按时交付； 6、负责软件版本管理，参与软件质量策划和过程管控，推动软件版本测试与部署；

1、机械、控制、自动化相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、至少3年以上项目管理经验，熟悉产品全生命周期管理，熟悉新产品开发从调研规划到实现量产的全过程； 3、了解机器人行业技术发展现状和发展方向，对核心技术边界有一定见解； 4、逻辑分析能力强，有主动发现问题和解决问题的能力，有责任心敢担当；热爱行业，具备优秀的项目时间理解和管理能力，能适应快节奏的项目进度。
