1. 全面管理委外代工厂仓库日常运营，统筹原料、半成品、成品、客供料、辅料、不良品等所有物料的收、发、存、退全流程，严格落地公司仓储管理制度及委外合作仓储规范。 2. 核对供应商送货单、ASN单与实物的规格、数量、批次，核对代工厂入库结果，无异常后办理ERP/WMS系统入库，及时处理仓储全流程各类异常。 3. 物料存储与发放：管理代工厂仓按“分区、分类、专料专管”规划库位，客供料、定制料专区管理并做好专属标识；依据生产指令、委外加工单等有效单据备货发料，严格遵循先进先出（FIFO）及指定批次原则，操作后即时更新系统库存，杜绝无单发料、错发漏发。 4. 库存盘点与差异闭环：定期组织委外仓库循环盘点、月末全盘及专项盘点，牵头完成管辖区域物料清点、数据核对，精准核查盘点差异，分析差异根因并制定整改措施，全程跟进差异处理直至闭环，确保库存账、物、位、批次四一致，库存准确率达标。 5. 不良品与退料管理：对生产退料、来料不良品单独隔离、规范标识，及时办理退库/退供应商流程并更新系统，做好不良品处理全记录，确保物料追溯可查。 6. 成品管理：委外加工成品完成后，核对规格、数量、批次及质检合格证明并办理入库，做好成品防护；依据公司发货指令精准备货、打包，协同物流完成发货及系统出库确认，确保成品发货零差错。 7. 单据与数据管理：妥善保管、规范归档入库单、领料单、发货单等所有仓储单据；保障仓储数据（库存、批次、收发记录、盘点记录等）完整、准确，为公司成本核算、质量追溯、供应链调度提供可靠数据支撑。 8. 仓储现场管理：管理代工厂仓库严格执行6S管理标准，做好仓库现场整理、整顿、清扫、清洁；开展日常安全与消防点检，排查防火、防潮、防损、防丢失等仓储安全隐患，确保作业合规、现场无安全事故。 9. 跨方协同：主动对接公司采购、生产、质量、财务及委外工厂生产、品控等相关部门，同步仓储工作进度及异常情况，协同推动问题高效解决，保障委外生产流程顺畅。 10. 持续优化和改善仓库管理水平， 梳理及细化仓库操作标准指引，独立主导完成相关专项改善。 11. 完成上级交办的其他仓储相关工作。

1. 年龄20-40岁，大专及以上学历，仓储管理、物流管理等相关专业优先。 2. 5年及以上制造业仓库管理工作经验，有委外工厂驻厂仓储管理经验者优先，熟悉原料、半成品、成品全流程仓储操作，具备独立组织仓库盘点、处理仓储异常的实操能力。 3. 熟练操作ERP/WMS等仓储管理系统，精通Excel（数据透视表、函数、数据统计等），能快速完成盘点数据核对、差异分析及报表制作。 4. 具备极强的责任心和原则性，做事认真细致、严谨高效，能主动发现仓储问题并推动解决，具备异常处理及问题闭环的跟进能力。 5. 掌握仓储管理核心规范，熟悉先进先出、批次管理、6S管理、专料专管等要求，具备盘点组织、差异核查及根因分析能力。 6. 具备良好的沟通协调及跨方对接能力，能高效衔接公司各部门与委外工厂相关人员，推动仓储工作协同落地。 7. 能适应委外工厂驻厂工作节奏，执行力强，可独立开展委外仓库全流程管理工作。 8. 了解制造业仓储安全与消防基本常识，无不良工作记录。
