作为机器人辅材产品工程师，您将负责公司人形机器人销售辅材的需求定义与设计统筹工作。公司已有在售机型及一套辅材（包装、充电配件、手册等），您需要基于现有辅材进行系统性梳理、迭代优化与平台化/模块化，并支撑后续机型的辅材快速复用。辅材范围包括但不限于：包装包材、充电器、充电线、产品手册，以及配件、备件、合规标签、零售展示物料等。您的核心使命是：在成本、防护、用户体验与合规之间取得最优平衡，为产品销售交付一套专业、统一、可复用的辅材体系。

  • 现状诊断与迭代规划- 盘点现有辅材（包装/充电器/充电线/手册/配件等），从成本、防护、体验、合规、版本一致性维度输出问题清单。- 制定辅材迭代优先级与路线，明确降本、提质、平台化的阶段目标。
  • 辅材需求定义- 为各类辅材编写需求规格（尺寸/材料/性能/合规要求/适配机型/多语言版本等），形成可管理的辅材需求清单。- 明确包装防护等级、充电配件选型要求、手册内容框架与多语言版本策略。
  • 设计与方案输出- 完成可承接部分的设计工作（包装结构与视觉、配件/支架结构、手册排版等）。- 不可自行承接部分（如电源、电池、安规相关）给出选型方案与供应商建议。
  • 供应商对接与打样落地- 对接包装厂、电源厂、印厂等供应商，组织打样、评审、改版，跟进至可量产。- 推动样品验证（如运输/跌落测试由第三方实验室执行）的安排与问题闭环。
  • 平台化与版本管理- 推动辅材模块化、跨机型复用、降本（运费/物料/版本管理）。- 维护辅材与硬件、固件、合规要求的版本对应关系，确保一致性。
