岗位职责 1.深度参与 IPD 流程建设与优化，赋能跨职能团队和推进质量活动在需求-设计-验证-量产各阶段有效落地。 2.主导建立公司级Master DFMEA和Master DVP库，定义关键零部件的风险基线与验证基线。 3.参与整机级别的研发质量活动，如设计评审、测试评审、问题闭环、变更管理。 4.推进整机和关键零部件DVP&R制定和实施，并对测试问题进行闭环管理。 5.结合公司技术路线，牵头组织跨团队小组建立核心零部件及核心工艺的企业标准。 6.建立并维护质量度量体系（关键质量指标、成熟度评估、缺陷逃逸率等），定期输出项目质量报告，数据驱动持续改进。 7.建立 Lessons Learned 机制，定期将经验教训反哺到现有体系和标准中。 8.作为内部教练，赋能项目团队正确运用研发质量工具，贯彻质量文化。

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车、智能硬件或机器人行业质量管理/系统工程经验。 2.完整主导过≥1 次从 0-1 构建研发质量体系项目，熟悉 IATF16949、ISO 26262、VDA6.3优先。 3.有从 EVT → DVT → PVT → MP 完整量产落地经验，熟悉样件、试产、可靠性测试、PPAP 流程 4.精通 APQP、PPAP、MSA、SPC、FMEA、DVP&R、DOE、Control Plan、DOE、Weibull，能独立推进完整的APQP活动。 5.目标导向、执行力强，具备良好的系统思维，跨部门沟通与冲突管理能力，能适应快节奏迭代 6.对某些领域有深度实践，如关节模组、高精密减速器/伺服电机/驱控板/IMU&视觉融合，六西格玛黑带、功能安全工程师认证者优先 7.了解可靠性工程知识，有主导制定企业标准、行业标准或核心测试规范经验者优先
