岗位描述：我们期待一位具有量产经验的OTA系统工程师，在这里你将负责设计并开发机器人的整体系统升级工作，保障机器人版本升级的稳定性和效率。 岗位职责 1. 负责机器人领域FOTA、SOTA、ROTA全流程方案设计与落地实现，保障升级的稳定性、安全性和高效性； 2. 主导差分升级技术研发，实现升级包（小包、大包）的高效压缩与差分生成，优化升级带宽占用和升级时长，适配不同网络环境； 3. 负责机器人全系统升级覆盖，包括SOC系统、MCU系统、传感器驱动、电机驱动等核心模块的升级方案设计、开发与验证； 4. 设计OTA升级的异常处理机制，解决升级中断、升级失败、版本回滚等问题，保障设备升级过程中的可靠性； 5. 参与OTA平台的对接与优化，负责终端升级逻辑与平台的交互适配，实现升级任务的精准下发、状态反馈与进度监控； 6. 跟踪OTA相关技术前沿，结合机器人产品需求，持续优化升级方案，提升用户体验； 7. 配合测试、生产等团队，提供OTA相关技术支持，解决产品迭代过程中的升级相关问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上OTA相关开发经验，有机器人、智能硬件或汽车电子OTA开发经验者优先； 2. 精通FOTA/SOTA/ROTA核心原理与实现流程，具备完整的OTA项目从设计到落地的全流程经验； 3. 掌握差分升级技术，熟悉bsdiff、hdiffpatch等主流差分算法，有实际的差分升级包开发与优化经验； 4. 具备SOC系统（如Linux）、MCU系统（如STM32、ESP32）升级开发经验，熟悉传感器驱动、电机驱动等底层模块的升级适配逻辑； 5. 精通C/C++/Python等至少一种编程语言，熟悉嵌入式开发、网络通信（HTTP/HTTPS、MQTT等）、数据加密（AES、RSA等）相关技术； 6. 了解OTA升级的安全机制，具备升级包加密、校验（如MD5、SHA）、身份认证等相关开发经验； 7. 具备较强的问题排查能力，能快速定位并解决OTA升级过程中出现的各类技术问题； 8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和较强的责任心，能承受一定的项目压力。 加分项 1. 有机器人行业相关产品OTA开发经验者； 2. 熟悉主流OTA平台（如阿里云、腾讯云OTA）的对接与二次开发； 3. 具备升级方案的性能优化、带宽优化等相关经验； 4. 有开源OTA项目（如 aktualizr、libaktualizr）使用或二次开发经验； 5. 有机器人/自动驾驶的量产开发经验。
