主要职责 1. 生态类产品定义与路线图规划：主导定义面向科研教育市场的开发者平台类产品，聚焦AI模型、仿真与数据方向，包括模型训练框架接口、仿真环境配置工具（Isaac Sim/Gazebo/Mujoco集成）、数据集管理与标注工具、模型评估与部署工具、SDK架构、API设计及开发者文档体系。与产品和工程团队紧密合作，将来自学术界和开发者社区的技术需求转化为清晰的产品需求文档（PRD）、技术规格书和迭代路线图。 2. 技术文档体系搭建与内容创作：负责搭建面向开发者的完整技术文档体系，独立撰写核心API文档、开发者指南、技术白皮书、快速入门教程、模型训练教程、仿真场景搭建指南、数据集使用文档、模型推理部署文档及示例代码。将复杂的AI模型训练、仿真配置、数据处理pipeline等技术概念转化为结构清晰、逻辑严谨、易于理解的技术内容。建立文档质量标准和写作规范，确保技术内容的准确性、完整性和可读性。 3. 技术布道与学术影响力建设：基于对机器人及AI技术趋势的深度理解，撰写高质量技术博客、研究解读和技术白皮书，在顶级学术会议（如CVPR, ICRA, CoRL, RSS, NeurIPS等）及技术社区进行技术布道。主动识别、建立并主导与全球顶尖高校、实验室及技术团队的技术合作项目，推动联合研究、技术验证和平台共建。通过Workshop、Tutorial、联合技术报告等形式展示平台技术优势，吸引核心开发者并建立长期合作关系。 4. 开源技术生态整合与内容输出：围绕机器人平台和工具链，主导与主流机器人开源生态的技术整合方案。负责GitHub等开源社区的技术内容输出，通过发布高质量技术教程、示例代码和最佳实践文档，降低开发者上手门槛。参与开源项目的技术文档维护，确保代码与文档的同步更新。 5. 技术交流与开发者赋能：在GitHub、Discord及技术论坛等开发者渠道中，建立权威的技术专家形象，与开发者进行深度技术交流与答疑。编写FAQ、故障排查指南等实用技术内容，帮助开发者高效解决技术问题。识别社区中的技术反馈，提炼有价值的产品改进建议。 6. 跨团队技术沟通与协作：作为开发者需求与内部技术团队之间的桥梁，与模型团队、仿真团队、数据团队等内部团队进行高效技术沟通。准确传递开发者对模型训练、仿真验证、数据处理等功能的反馈与需求，协助工程团队理解应用场景和技术约束，推动需求的高质量落地。 7. 学术合作支持与生态价值沉淀：组织和主导与合作实验室及教育伙伴的技术合作项目，为其提供技术文档、开发支持及平台使用指导，协助他们基于平台发表高水平论文、开设创新课程。主导合作项目的整体规划、进度管理和成果交付，确保合作项目的技术质量和商业价值。沉淀生态中的典型应用案例和技术方案，形成可复用的技术参考文档和案例库。

职位要求 1. 学历背景：全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人学、自动化、电子工程、数学、物理等理工科专业优先，硕士及以上学历者优先。具备扎实的理工科功底和良好的技术理解能力。 2. 专业经验：5年以上机器人或AI领域技术从业经验，其中至少2年从事机器人系统研发、技术平台产品或开发者工具相关工作。对机器人全栈技术（感知、决策、规划、控制）有深入理解，熟悉具身智能、大模型、机器人仿真平台者优先。 3. 技术写作能力：具备出色的技术写作能力，能够独立撰写结构清晰、逻辑严谨的技术文档和开发者指南。有技术博客写作、开源项目文档维护、学术论文发表、技术白皮书撰写或技术专栏运营经验者优先。能够将复杂技术概念转化为易懂的技术内容。 4. 生态产品定义能力：具备从0到1主导定义开发者平台类产品的能力，包括软件平台、SDK、API、开发者工具、仿真工具链、数据工具等。能够深入理解科研用户在AI模型训练、仿真验证、数据处理方面的技术需求，将其转化为清晰的产品需求文档（PRD）和技术规格，并与工程团队进行高效的技术方案沟通。 5. 技术深度与广度：具备扎实的技术背景，深入理解AI模型（具身智能大模型、强化学习、模仿学习）、仿真平台（Isaac Sim/Gazebo/Mujoco等）、数据处理pipeline、Python/C++编程以及PyTorch/TensorFlow等机器学习框架。具备基础的vibe coding能力，能够借助AI编程工具（如Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Claude Code等）快速构建原型、编写示例代码和自动化脚本，理解并实践AI辅助编程工作流。能够与工程师进行高效、深入的技术方案探讨，理解技术实现的约束与可能性。 6. 学术与技术社区洞察：深刻理解学术社区和开源技术社区的运作模式，对机器人及AI领域的技术趋势有敏锐洞察。具备组织和主导与顶尖高校、实验室及技术团队开展技术合作的能力与经验，有成功推动联合研究项目或技术合作落地的案例者优先。有在顶级学术会议或技术社区发表演讲、组织技术活动的经验者优先。 7. 技术沟通与表达能力：具备卓越的技术写作能力（核心能力）和跨团队技术沟通能力，能够将复杂技术概念以清晰、准确、有说服力的方式传达给不同技术背景的受众（包括开发者、内部工程团队、顶尖高校及实验室合作伙伴）。具备与外部技术团队建立信任、推动合作落地的沟通能力和商务敏感度。具备流利的英语读写能力，能够撰写英文技术文档、与国际开发者进行技术交流。热爱开源文化，乐于通过技术写作和技术布道赋能开发者。
