1. 负责设备端SLAM算法研发与迭代，实现设备定位跟踪、环境重建，支撑空间感知业务落地； 2. 主导视觉‑IMU融合SLAM算法设计、调优，深度理解IMU器件特性，处理IMU噪声、零偏、温度漂移、时间同步等实际工程问题； 3. 优化VIO/VISLAM系统，解决跟踪丢失、漂移、重定位、闭环检测等实际业务问题，提升端上定位鲁棒性与精度； 4. 多传感器标定：相机‑IMU联合标定、外参标定、时间戳同步，多目/深度相机传感器适配； 5. SLAM模型与算法端侧工程落地：算法C++实现、性能优化，配合推理工具链完成移植，适配NPU/DSP等端侧硬件； 6. 数据集搭建：多传感器数据采集、真值标定、评测工具开发，完成算法效果量化评估；

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化、模式识别等相关专业； 2. 精通视觉IMU融合SLAM，深刻理解IMU器件特性，熟悉IMU噪声模型、零偏、温度漂移、时间同步、误差传播模型，有VIO系统完整调优实战经验；熟悉主流开源SLAM框架（VINS‑Fusion、OKVIS、ORB‑SLAM3等）； 3. 扎实多视图几何基础，熟悉特征点跟踪、BA优化、重定位、回环检测、位姿图优化； 4. 有XR/VR/AR设备SLAM实际项目经验，掌握空间定位、环境重建、空间地图相关技术优先； 5. 熟练C++，熟悉Python；熟悉端侧性能优化，了解TensorRT、ONNX Runtime，有NPU/DSP部署经验优先； 6. 具备多传感器标定、多相机采集、数据集构建、算法评测工具开发经验。 【加分项】 1. CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/IROS等顶会论文、开源项目贡献； 2. 消费级XR硬件产品真实落地经验； 3. 深度相机、LiDAR‑IMU融合SLAM开发经验； 4. 大模型辅助SLAM、语义SLAM方向实践。
