1. 负责人形机器人在客户现场的部署实施、整机安装调试、参数标定、环境适配和试运行支持。 2. 根据项目方案和部署要求，完成现场环境勘察、部署条件确认、风险识别和实施准备。 3. 负责机器人本体、核心传感器、运动控制、任务流程、网络环境、外部设备和业务系统的现场联调。 4. 跟进客户现场问题，进行一线排查、定位、复现、记录和闭环；对复杂问题及时升级并协调研发、产品、算法、硬件等团队支持。 5. 支持软硬件系统级问题定位，包括日志分析、配置检查、通信链路排查、传感器异常、运动控制偏差、系统服务异常等。 6. 支持二次开发相关现场问题处理，包括接口调用、功能调试、流程适配和客户定制需求验证。 7. 支撑演示验证、概念验证、客户试点和正式项目交付，确保项目按计划推进。 8. 输出现场部署记录、问题清单、故障分析报告、交付日报、验收材料和项目复盘。 9. 协助建立部署检查清单、标准排障流程、常见问题库、现场风险库、维护手册和标准交付流程。 10. 支持伙伴或客户现场人员培训，帮助其掌握基础操作、日常维护和问题反馈流程。 11. 收集客户现场反馈和真实使用数据，反向推动产品能力、部署工具和交付流程优化。

1. 5年以上机器人、智能硬件、自动化设备、系统集成、物联网、弱电集成、技术支持或企业级项目交付经验。 2. 具备较强的现场问题排查能力，能够在复杂客户现场进行定位、沟通和推动闭环。 3. 理解基础网络、设备联调、系统配置、日志分析、接口联调、软件部署等常见交付工作。 4. 熟悉机器人整机调试、参数标定、传感器联调或软硬件联合排障中的一种或多种工作。 5. 具备基础技术理解能力，能够阅读日志、理解接口文档，并与研发团队准确同步问题现象、复现步骤和排查结论。 6. 具备良好的客户沟通能力和服务意识，能够在现场做好客户预期管理。 7. 具备较强的执行力、抗压能力和项目推进意识，能适应一定频率出差和现场驻场。 8. 能够清晰记录问题、复盘过程并沉淀文档，推动经验标准化。 9. 对机器人、人形机器人、人工智能和具身智能方向有兴趣，愿意参与从 1 到 N 的部署态体系建设。 加分项 1. 有机器人导航、机械臂、移动机器人、服务机器人、人形机器人或自动化设备交付经验。 2. 熟悉 Linux、网络配置、日志分析、脚本工具、常见接口调试工具或机器人中间件。 3. 具备 C/C++、Python 或脚本开发能力，能进行简单问题定位、工具使用或调试辅助。 4. 熟悉常见通信协议、传感器、驱动器、控制器或机器人核心部件基本原理。 5. 有多类型客户现场、复杂环境或创新产品交付经验。 6. 有客户演示、概念验证、试点项目或标杆项目交付经验。 7. 有跨产品、研发、算法、硬件团队协作解决现场问题的经验。
