岗位定位：立足公司IP授权做长期价值的核心策略，负责机器人专属IP体系商业化落地、文创周边产品开发、IP衍生品运营与版权授权业务；承接演艺服装道具、舞美配套、潮玩手办、文创周边、剧目IP版权授权等全链条业务，搭建标准化IP文创产品矩阵与商业化体系，打造公司机器人文娱长期价值增长点。 岗位职责 （一）IP文创产品体系规划与搭建 基于公司机器人演艺、文旅项目、影视合作场景，统筹机器人IP人设包装、外观定制、IP形象体系标准化规划；搭建完整的IP文创产品矩阵，包含IP手办、潮玩、文创周边、演艺服装、专属道具、配套舞美产品等标准化产品线，适配项目落地、市场售卖、品牌合作、IP授权多场景需求。 （二）文创产品全链路开发与落地 负责文创产品从需求调研、产品定义、设计落地、打样测评、批量落地到上线售卖的全生命周期管理；联动设计、供应链、市场与项目团队，保障文创产品适配机器人展演场景、文旅售卖场景、品牌联名场景，实现产品标准化、可规模化交付。 （三）IP授权与版权商业化运营 负责剧目IP授权、节目内容版权授权、机器人IP形象授权等商业化业务落地；制定IP授权合作模式、合作标准与基础合作方案，对接文旅景区、品牌方、渠道方合作需求，推进IP对外授权、联名合作、内容版权变现，沉淀标准化授权合作模板与案例。 （四）场景化产品适配与项目赋能 针对文娱商演、文旅景区、体验馆、影视综艺等项目场景，输出标准化演艺服装、道具、舞美配套产品，支撑现场演艺效果升级与项目标准化落地；结合各场景业务特点迭代文创产品形态，适配驻场演艺、短期巡演、品牌活动、研学体验等不同场景需求。 （五）产品复盘与商业化迭代 定期复盘文创产品市场反馈、销售数据、项目适配问题与IP授权合作痛点，持续优化产品结构、设计形态与授权商业模式；联动内容编创、解决方案团队，实现IP内容、演艺产品、文创周边、授权业务的协同迭代，夯实公司长期IP价值。

1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，产品设计、文创设计、IP运营、市场营销、艺术设计、文旅产业相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验 3年及以上IP文创、潮玩手办、文创周边产品开发、IP授权商业化、文创产品运营相关工作经验；1年产品线统筹或项目管理经验，有文旅IP、科技IP、虚拟人IP、机器人IP商业化经验者优先。 3. 核心能力 精通IP人设包装、文创产品全链路开发、供应链落地、IP授权合作全流程；具备产品标准化、系列化规划思维，可搭建完整的IP文创产品矩阵与授权体系；熟悉文旅、演艺、科技品牌文创商业化模式，具备优秀的跨部门协同、商务对接与项目统筹能力，结果导向、商业化思维清晰。 4. 加分项 拥有科技IP、机器人/虚拟人IP、文旅文创产品开发与授权成功案例；熟悉潮玩手办设计生产供应链、文创版权合规、IP授权商务合作模式；有文娱演艺、文旅景区项目配套产品落地经验。
