1. 负责具身大型项目的端到端项目推进，包括项目启动、需求澄清、方案拆解、计划制定、资源协调、风险管理、交付验收与复盘沉淀。 2. 协同产品线、模型&数据、机器人本体、应用开发、系统集成、生态伙伴等团队，推动跨部门问题闭环，保障项目按质量、进度和目标交付。 3. 配合 PD/产品方案负责人完成场景准入、项目范围定义、里程碑设计、验收标准制定及关键风险识别。 4. 配合 TD/技术负责人完成技术方案拆解、依赖识别、联调排期、部署计划、现场问题定位与升级机制建设。 5. 推动项目经验沉淀，将一次性交付中的流程、工具、问题、数据、配置、部署方法沉淀为 SOP、模板、交付手册和可复制能力。 6. 定期输出项目进展、风险判断、资源需求、复盘报告和管理看板，为团队决策提供真实、结构化的一线信息。

1. 研究生及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子工程、机械、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2. 3 年以上技术项目管理、解决方案交付、系统集成、ToB 软件/硬件项目交付经验；有机器人、AI、工业自动化、智能制造、IoT、智能硬件、数据平台等项目经验者优先。 3. 具备较强的技术理解能力，能够理解机器人系统、软件平台、算法模型、数据闭环、SDK/API、系统集成、部署联调等基本概念，并能与研发和客户技术团队高效沟通。 4. 具备优秀的跨团队协同能力，能在产品、研发、算法、硬件、交付、销售、客户和伙伴之间建立清晰的责任边界与推进机制。 5. 具备产品化和规模化意识，能够从单个项目中提炼可复用 SOP、标准方案、平台需求和组织改进点。 加分项 1. 有机器人本体、具身智能、工业机器人、服务机器人、AMR/AGV、人形机器人相关项目经验。 2. 有 AI 大模型、视觉感知、SLAM、运动控制、仿真训练、数据治理、模型训练/评估等相关项目经验。 3. 有企业级平台、数据平台、AI 平台、低代码/开发者平台、SDK生态建设经验。 4. 有从 0→1 试点项目到 1→N 规模化复制的项目经验。 5. 有海外项目、跨文化交付、生态伙伴管理经验
