关于我们 智元具身研究中心是智元机器人设立的公司级前沿研究机构,致力于构建面向真实世界、可持续演进的通用 具身智能系统。中心依托智元机器人自研机器人本体、规模化真实世界数据采集体系以及高性能训练集群, 围绕通用具身大模型、世界模型、多模态感知与决策融合、强化学习等关键方向,坚持前沿探索与工程落地 并重,系统性探索具身智能的下一代技术体系与方法论。我们的愿景是打造世界级研发团队,引领具身智能 的技术演进与产业变革。 现寻找一位兼具技术理解力与内容传播能力的伙伴,协助我们将前沿的研究成果推向全球开发者社区。 岗位职责 社交媒体运营:协助运营研究团队的官方社交媒体矩阵(Twitter/X,公众号,小红书)。根据不同平台的 受众调性,规划并撰写中英文技术动态,第一时间发布前沿论文成果与技术进展,构建统一且具有影响 力的技术品牌形象。 技术内容转化:与技术团队深度协作,将研究成果转化为适合社交媒体传播的Threads、Infographics 或Blog Post,降低技术理解门槛,提升传播效率。 开发者社区维护:监测Hacker News、Reddit等技术社区的动态,协助团队在相关话题下进行专业互 动,建立与全球开发者的连接,引导流量至官网或技术博客。 官网内容维护:协助维护研究中心官网,确保论文、开源代码及Demo视频的及时更新与准确展示。

任职要求 本科及以上在读,新闻传播、英语、计算机等相关专业优先。 具备优秀的文案写作能力。既能撰写符合欧美阅读习惯的英文内容,也能驾驭国内技术圈的科普风格, 准确理解并转述复杂的AI/Robotics概念。 对AI、机器人、大模型等前沿科技有浓厚兴趣,能够敏锐捕捉行业技术热点。 熟练使用AI工具提升工作效率;审美佳,具备基础的图片设计或视频剪辑能力者优先。 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与自驱力,工作细致严谨,能够适应快节奏的研究团队氛围。 每周工作不少于3天,实习期3个月以上(可长期实习者优先)。 投递方式
