岗位职责 1、技术对接与转化 解读研发部门的技术需求、设计规范及产品特性，转化为销售服务团队可执行的技术文档和操作指南。 基于现有产品能力，梳理出符合客户现场部署共性需求的方案，并横向推广。 定期组织跨部门技术培训，确保销售服务团队掌握最新产品知识及解决方案。

2、高级技术支持 解决销售服务团队无法处理的复杂技术问题，提供现场或远程技术支援。 主导硬件问题排查、软件代码分析及系统级故障定位，输出标准化排障流程。 依托语音交互相关经验，专项处理语音链路、声学相关疑难问题。

3、技术文档管理 编写内部产品维护手册、FAQ 库及典型故障案例集，持续优化服务知识库。

4、 质量反馈与改进 定期回溯线上客户数据，通过数据梳理隐含的风险问题，帮助提高质量。 收集市场端技术问题并反馈至研发部门，推动缺陷闭环。 运用 Python 及自动化能力，完成问题统计、日志分析、批量运维等自动化工作。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、计算机科学、机械电子等相关专业。 2、5 年以上机器人 / 智能设备行业技术经验，3 年以上跨部门协作或团队管理经验。 3、具备扎实的语音交互全流程实战经验，精通语音交互的处理流程，熟悉常见接口协议与校准方法。 4、掌握声学前端相关的测试指标和硬件条件。 5、熟练使用 Python，具备 Python 自动化开发与落地经验，能独立分析代码逻辑并进行软件层故障修复。 6、熟悉机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）及常见算法框架者优先。 7、核心能力 ・技术转化能力：能将复杂技术语言转化为业务部门可落地的解决方案。 ・抗压能力：可应对紧急技术故障，制定快速恢复方案，能适应短期出差。 ・跨部门影响力：具备推动研发、服务、销售协同工作的沟通技巧。
