1. 实验室管理和仓库管理： -建立并维护实验室物料台账，做到账实一致； -负责物料的入库验收、分类存放、领用登记和定期盘点； -维护实验室和仓库环境整洁有序，确保物料可追溯； -监控常用物料库存水位，及时补货，避免因缺料影响项目进度。 2. 物料采购与报销： -负责项目日常小额物料的采购执行（电子元器件、耗材、工具等），跟进采购流程直至到货验收； -负责项目相关费用的报销申请、发票整理与跟进，确保报销流程及时闭环； -跟进部分外发物料采购进度。 3. 项目资源协调： -协助TPM协调团队内部及跨部门的资源需求（设备借用、场地安排、人员调配等）； -跟进资源使用状态，及时预警资源冲突或短缺。 4. 其他项目支持工作： -协助TPM和SQE整理项目文档、报告和数据分析； -完成上级交办的其他项目相关事务。

1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上项目运营 / 行政 / 采购相关经验优先； 2. 工作细心严谨，对数字和流程敏感，能做到 "经手的物料笔笔清楚、报销的发票张张对得上"； 3. 认真负责，交代的事情有始有终，不需要反复催促； 4. 有团队精神，乐于配合，沟通顺畅，能在多任务并行时保持条理； 5. 熟练使用ERP系统/飞书 / Office 办公软件，具备基础的数据整理和台账管理能力； 6. 有硬件 / 机器人 / 制造业相关背景优先，了解电子元器件基本知识者优先。
