1、搭建与完善公司人才发展体系，设计与落地员工全周期培养项目，跟进项目全流程运营与效果复盘，持续优化培养体系。 2、针对高潜人才、核心技术人才制定个性化发展方案，落地导师制、项目实战、专业赋能等发展举措，跟进发展计划执行效果，助力人才能力提升与职业发展。 3、组织实施公司年度 / 半年度人才盘点项目，覆盖核心人才、高潜人才、技术骨干的全维度评估，输出人才盘点报告与人才九宫格，明确人才发展现状与风险，制定针对性的人才发展与优化策略。 4、负责核心人才的识别、评估与动态跟进，建立核心人才档案，完善继任者计划，保障关键岗位人才梯队的连续性与稳定性。

1. 学历背景：985/211本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、哲学、社会学等相关专业优先； 2. 5年以上科技企业人才管理工作经验，有 AI、机器人、硬科技行业相关经验优先、知名大厂工作经理优先； 3. 专业能力：熟练掌握人才管理全流程专业知识与操作规范，能独立完成人才发展项目运营、人力数据分析等专项工作； 4. 核心能力：具备良好的业务理解与沟通协调能力，能快速承接业务需求并高效落地；具备较强的执行力与抗压能力，结果导向；具备良好的学习能力，能快速掌握行业相关知识，能够使用AI工具提升工作质量和效率。
