The posting

1、负责灵创云平台的整体质量保障，涵盖 Web 前端、后端服务、云端 API、动作/语音生成等模块的功能测试、接口测试、性能与稳定性测试； 2、与后端、前端、算法、大模型、端侧 等多团队协作，参与需求评审、设计评审，提前识别风险并推动问题闭环； 3、设计和维护自动化测试用例、测试方案与测试报告，构建覆盖云服务与创作工具的完整测试体系； 4、负责云服务接口（动作生成、语音合成、多模态分析）的 自动化测试脚本开发与维护，持续提升测试效率； 5、对动作下发、机器人执行链路进行验证，确保生成内容在真机执行时的 安全性与稳定性； 6、持续推进测试流程优化，推动 CI/CD、自动化测试体系 的落地与完善； 7、协助定位线上故障，分析日志、排查问题，并推动修复与回归验证；

1、计算机/软件工程相关专业，本科及以上学历，3 年以上测试开发经验（优秀者可放宽）； 2、具备测试框架设计能力，能够完成公共方法、数据管理、断言、重试、报告和日志等基础能力建设； 3、具备较好的 Python 编程能力，能够独立开发测试工具、测试框架和自动化脚本（Python/JavaScript/Shell）； 4、理解 RESTful API、微服务架构、云服务调度 等基础概念，具备后端服务测试经验优先； 5、熟悉 Git、CI/CD、自动化测试框架（pytest、Selenium、Junit 等）优先； 6、有 AI 产品测试经验（TTS、ASR、动作生成、多模态 AI 等）者优先； 7、思维严谨、责任心强，能够在跨团队环境中高效沟通协作； 加分项 1、有机器人项目 / 动作控制 / 数字人项目测试经验； 2、有 SRE、DevOps、日志分析平台（ELK / Prometheus）经验； 3、参与过云端产品、开发者平台、SaaS 平台的测试体系建设； 4、有独立设计测试框架或推动自动化体系落地的经验。
