硕士及以上学历，自动控制、机械电子工程专业优先，至少3年以上的量产产品开发经历； 具有良好的电机理论知识，精通BLDC\PMSM等电机控制算法，如有感/无感 FOC算法、MTPA、死区优化等； 具有丰富的编程经验，熟悉Simulink，熟悉MBD开发方式，熟悉C语言，具有良好的编程规范； 熟悉自动控制理论及数字信号处理理论，熟悉机器人的运动控制算法优先； 对新知识充满热情，思维灵活，动手能力及执行能力强，有良好的沟通能力，协作精神和进取心，工作态度积极。
