负责数据采集现场机器人、传感器、采集工位、服务器及相关软硬件系统的日常运维，保障采集任务稳定开展； 负责机器人相机、激光雷达、RGB-D 相机、IMU、力传感器、机械臂零位、外部动捕或光捕设备等采集相关设备的标定、校验、异常排查和标定数据维护； 负责采集系统电气部分的日常维护，包括工位电源、机器人充电、急停装置、安全回路、线束、连接器、接插件等设备的巡检、故障定位和维修闭环； 负责采集软件、数据上传链路、本地存储、日志系统、服务器软件和运维工具的部署、升级、测试和故障处理，及时定位采集失败、数据丢失、上传异常、版本异常等问题； 负责设备资产、备件、线束、标定工具和运维物料的台账管理，跟踪设备借还、损耗、维修和更换情况，保障现场设备状态可追溯； 记录并分析现场运维问题，输出故障记录、巡检记录、标定记录和运维日报 / 周报，沉淀常见问题处理流程和技术文档； 配合数据运营、采集组长和供应商处理现场设备、软件、网络和采集系统问题，推动高频故障复盘和持续改进，提升数据采集稳定性和现场运维效率。

大专及以上学历，本科优先，计算机、软件、自动化、电子电气、机器人、汽车工程等相关专业优先； 具备3年及以上设备运维、机器人运维、自动化产线运维、数据采集系统运维或软硬件技术支持经验，有机器人、智能驾驶、具身智能、自动化产线或实验室运维经验者优先； 熟悉 Linux / Windows 基础运维，了解 Shell、Python 或 C++ 中至少一种脚本或编程语言，能够进行基础日志分析、软件部署和问题排查； 了解 ROS、Docker、网络配置、服务器部署、数据上传链路或采集客户端运维者优先； 了解相机、激光雷达、RGB-D 相机、IMU、力传感器、机械臂、电机、线束、电源和接插件等基础原理，具备基础软硬件联合排障能力； 能熟练使用万用表、示波器等常用工具，能看懂基础电气原理图、线束图纸或设备接线说明者优先； 具备较强的问题定位、现场响应、文档记录和跨团队沟通能力，能够在采集任务紧急、设备问题频发的环境下推动问题闭环； 责任心强，安全意识好，能接受排班、加班、阶段性出差或驻场工作安排。
