1. 负责起草、审核、修订公司各类业务合同及法律文件，协助制定合同模板库、审核指引及风险管控流程，有效控制法律风险； 2. 参与重大项目的商务谈判，就合同关键条款提供法律解决方案，平衡业务推进与风险防控； 3. 为公司各业务部门提供实时务实的法律咨询，精准识别业务发展中的合规风险，并结合行业特点提供专业可行的法律意见； 4. 负责公司劳动人事合规体系的梳理、建设与持续优化，协助制定和维护各项劳动人事制度、流程和文件； 5. 处理员工关系相关的法律事务，包括劳动争议、仲裁及诉讼等案件的处理； 6. 定期组织面向员工的法律合规培训，持续提升全员合规意识及法治素养。

1. 全日制法律或法学硕士以上学历，本硕均为法律相关专业，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试； 2 5年以上法律相关法律经验，有大型公司法务经验或者律所律师经验优先； 3. 英语听说能力优秀，能以英语作为工作语言； 4. 具有较强的人际沟通能力与跨部门协作能力，能独立开展工作并有效推动解决实际问题； 5.具备优秀的法律逻辑思维、风险识别能力、问题解决能力及文书表达能力。
