岗位职责: 1、负责基于整机场景需求制定灵巧手、手臂一体等产品的场景测试规范； 2、负责灵巧手、手臂一体、双臂-双手等遥操或算法模式下基于业务需求场景的测试； 3、负责场景测试数据分析、测试报告整理、测试问题的分析等工作； 4、基于测试结果或问题参与并协助灵巧手运控算法研究； 5、跟踪调研前沿灵巧手场景测试技术，更新企业场景测试规范；

岗位要求: 1、机器人、自动化、计算机、机电等相关专业、研究生及以上学历，有灵巧手场景开发测试项目背景或在国际会议、核心期刊发表论文者优先。 2、熟悉机器人学、机器人运动控制等基本理论，具有VR、AR、数据手套及阻抗控制等开发测试经验者优先。 3、熟悉C++、Python编程, 熟悉Linux、ROS等操作系统 4、具备良好的持续学习和沟通能力，能与团队成员有效协作共同实现目标
