1、系统与驱动层研发： 负责基于 Linux 的嵌入式系统环境构建（如 Buildroot/Yocto 等）及底层外设驱动的适配与调试，保障系统稳定运行。 2、音视频全链路开发： 负责基于 V4L2 框架的底层图像采集，以及硬件/软件编解码模块开发，参与流媒体分发与网络传输架构的设计与开发。 3、网络与通信模块开发： 负责设备端网络通信模块的开发，熟练使用 Socket 及 MQTT 等网络通信协议，实现设备与云平台或局域网节点的高效交互。 4、边缘侧应用开发与集成： 参与边缘智能网关或物联网终端的业务逻辑开发，配合算法团队进行边缘侧的模型部署、推理加速及多媒体数据流整合。 5、工程化与质量保证： 负责相关模块的需求分析、详细设计和编码实现；编写高质量的 C/C++ 代码，并使用 CMake、Git 等工具进行项目工程化管理及持续迭代。

1、学历与经验： 计算机、电子信息、通信或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3 年以上嵌入式或 Linux C/C++ 实际开发经验。 2、编程功底： 精通 C/C++ 编程，具备较强的面向对象设计能力；熟悉 Python，能使用脚本进行快速原型开发或数据处理；熟练掌握 CMake、Git 等开发与版本控制工具的使用。 3、底层基础： 具备扎实的 Linux 环境下多线程/多进程、Socket 网络编程基础；具备 Linux 嵌入式系统构建和常见驱动适配能力。 4、多媒体与物联网： 具丰富的 V4L2 视频采集开发经验；熟悉主流流媒体网络协议及音视频流媒体编解码开发；具有实际的 MQTT 协议开发和物联网云平台对接经验。 5、软素质： 具备良好的技术文档编写能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神，对新技术有较强的学习热情，逻辑清晰，责任心强。 加分项： 1、熟悉瑞芯微（Rockchip，如 RK3568/RK3588 等）平台底层架构，有该平台实际量产项目开发经验者优先。 2、具备边缘端 AI 模型部署与硬件推理加速（如 RKNPU、TensorRT 等）实战经验者优先。 3、具备嵌入式 Qt/C++ 跨平台图形界面（GUI）开发经验者优先。 4、深入了解或参与过优秀开源多媒体/网络项目（如 FFmpeg、GStreamer 等）者优先。
