岗位职责 1、负责中台技术洞察体系建设，围绕具身智能、机器人及人工智能相关方向，建立持续、系统、可复用的技术跟踪和分析机制。 2、持续跟踪国内外前沿技术进展，包括但不限于学术论文、顶级会议、开源项目、产业展会、企业产品发布、投融资事件、行业新闻及政策动态。 3、建立技术分析框架，从行业变化、技术成熟度、商业成熟度、技术创新性、工程实现难度及潜在应用价值等维度，对重点技术进行系统评估。 4、开展重点技术专题研究，围绕公司关注方向，开展技术路线分析、竞争对手研究、关键技术拆解和产业链分析，定期形成技术洞察简报和专题研究报告，为技术规划和创新布局提供支持。 5、与研发、产品、战略、投资、知识产权及业务团队保持紧密协同，连接技术专家和外部信息资源，推动形成组织级技术认知。

任职要求 1、机器人、人工智能、计算机、自动化、机械、电子等相关理工科专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上科技行业相关工作经验；具有机器人、人工智能、智能制造、自动驾驶或先进硬件领域经验者优先。 2、具备技术研究、技术预研、技术规划、产业研究、竞争情报、科技咨询或相关岗位经验，能够快速理解和分析新兴技术方向。 3、具备较强的技术理解能力，能够阅读和分析中英文论文、专利、技术报告及产品资料，并提炼关键技术信息。 4、具备优秀的信息检索、逻辑分析和结构化表达能力，能够形成面向管理层的研究报告和分析结论。 5、熟练使用ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等生成式AI工具，能够独立利用AI搭建分析框架、信息收集流程和研究工作流。 6、具备良好的跨部门沟通和专家协同能力，能够组织讨论、整合观点并推动研究成果沉淀。
