1. 负责具身/机器人领域的多模态感知模型算法设计和研发，包括对视觉，激光，及语言的融合，输出识别、分割、追踪、6D姿态估计、Occupancy、深度估计等感知任务 2. 构建面向机器人场景的多模态大模型，提升小样本、长尾类别识别能力，具备few shot，zero shot等能力。 3. 研发多任务统一架构（检测+分割+深度估计联合优化），降低系统冗余计算 4. 参与通用感知模型的优化加速，迭代高效易部署的新算法，对不同模型做有效量化 5. 在AI领域前沿展开创新性的研究，通过数据闭环持续迭代端到端模型能力

1. 具备坚实的科研背景，具备目标检测/分割/跟踪，深度估计，6D姿态估计，三维重建，VLM，一个或多个领域有过深入研究和量产经验。 2. 具备扎实的C++/python编程能力，掌握pytorch、tensorflow等至少一种主流的深度学习框架。 3. 具有自动驾驶和大视觉语言模型的研究经历优先，有模型加速经验和网络量化经验优先。 4. 面对未知领域的问题，有很强的自学能力。 5. 在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurPS/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等学术顶会有相关论文发表，或在相关国际竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
