职位描述 1. 售前与交付：配合销售与售前对接客户技术需求，参与场景设计和部署方案的制定，提前评估合理性与风险。并负责人形/通用/四足机器人全流程现场交付，包含需求沟通、开箱验收、安装部署、调试验证及客户培训等，协调内外部资源，快速解决现场问题卡点，保障交付进度与质量，确保项目顺利按时验收。 2. 培训与售后：为客户和合作伙伴提供技术支持及售后支持，包括远程指导和上门处理，及时收集并反馈现场的问题或需求，并主动跟进推动解决，提升客户满意度。 3. 总结与提升：总结项目经验，输出标准化的文档资料，完善技术知识库，提高对伙伴和客户的支持效率。并不定时给服务商、合作伙伴和代理商加强赋能和培训，帮助其建立独立完成技术服务的能力。 4. 产品/流程改进：收集/分析/汇报项目过程中的共性问题和需求，不断提出技术改进建议，参与产品测试及交付流程优化，提供专业改进建议

任职要求 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、计算机或相关专业优先，有机器人、无人车相关从事行业优先。 2. 3年以上一线技术支持或相关技术岗位经验，熟悉现场交付流程，并具备较强的服务意识和项目管理思维。 3. 能适应全国/海外出差，责任心强，具备良好抗压能力及现场应急处置能力，能独立处理现场技术问题及沟通问题。 4. 熟悉Ubuntu操作系统，掌握终端应用指令；动手能力强，可以独立拆装维修机器人；并具备良好的文档撰写能力。 5. 积极乐观，有良好的逻辑分析和沟通表达能力，以及良好的团队合作意识和钻研精神。
