负责机器人端侧软件研发过程中的各类工具链开发，包括： 1、维护整个机器人端侧研发团队所需的docker镜像、板级镜像等，提供统一的研发环境 2、开发cicd、软件包管理工具、软件版本部署和刷写工具，能做到极致的编译出包和部署效率 3、持续迭代和优化进程管理模块， 4、高性能数据录制工具和回灌工具方案，做到高效落盘不丢帧和高一致性 5、自动化测试工具开发，实现各软件模块各种工况下benchmark指标，并输出直观的版本对比，保证软件稳定性

1、有三年以上c++或python工作经验，最好需要有一定的智能驾驶行业或者机器人行业软件研发经验 2、需要熟悉cmake或者bazel的使用，具备非常强的软件工程能力和工程化意识，能给大型软件系统的优化提供独特的优化意见 3、熟悉ros或者开源的通信中间件以及linux操作系统，熟练使用各类工具分析系统问题，包括内存问题、崩溃问题和网络通信问题等。 4、熟悉常见的自动化测试框架，能非常熟练使用python快速实现自动化工具，协助提升整个机器人开发和测试效率 5、需具备全局的效能提升意识，能识别研发过程中的效率卡点
