1、主导语音对话系统后端架构搭建，制定并完善端云协议，确保语音数据在端云间安全、高效传输，负责语音网关的开发与维护，保障系统稳定接入多端语音流量； 2、依据业务需求设计并实现路由跳转与仲裁决策逻辑，优化语音服务流程，与产品和算法团队紧密协作，深度剖析业务场景，快速将业务需求转化为可靠的技术方案并落地实施； 3、承担 LLM 大模型在后端的部署工作，从环境搭建到模型集成，全方位优化模型运行效率，处理好与其他后端服务的云云对接，保障整体系统在智能语音交互场景下的高效协同运作； 4、持续监控系统性能，对后端系统进行深度优化与故障排查，尤其针对高并发语音请求场景，运用数据结构与算法知识提升系统响应速度与资源利用率，保障服务高可用性与可扩展性；

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，拥有 3 年以上 Java 后端开发实战经验，精通 Java 核心编程，熟练运用 Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis、Netty等主流开源框架构建企业级应用； 2、具有语音后端开发项目经历，深入理解对话系统架构，熟悉语音网关原理与实现，掌握端云协议设计要点，能独立承担语音相关后端模块开发任务者优先考虑； 3、熟悉分布式系统设计理念与应用场景，有参与大规模分布式系统开发与设计经验者优先，能够应对海量语音数据处理与高并发请求挑战，熟练掌握分布式缓存、消息队列等技术应用； 4、有智能语音对话系统或 LLM 产品行业开发经验者将更具优势，能够快速理解并融入特定业务领域，将技术创新与业务需求紧密结合，推动产品技术迭代升级； 5、掌握k8s，docker环境下开发优先； 6、掌握golang/python额外一门后端语音经验优先。
