与业务、算法及工程团队沟通，明确数据需求，制定数据采集、标注、质检及交付方案，推动项目计划落地； 负责生产团队或合作伙伴团队的招募、培训、排班与管理，确保采集、标注、审核等任务按计划完成； 统筹项目全链路资源管理，包括采集场地规划、设备调配、物料筹备及人力配置，确保各环节高效衔接，保障项目稳定运行； 负责项目任务分配、进度跟进与资源协调，动态调整生产节奏，确保数据生产任务按计划交付，并持续提升生产效率； 跟进生产过程中的质量问题及数据使用反馈，持续优化采集标准、标注规则和质检流程，提升交付数据的准确性、完整性与可用性； 梳理并沉淀标准化采集、标注及质检规范，通过系统化培训赋能生产团队和合作伙伴团队，保障跨团队执行一致性。

本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业背景，或具备 AI 行业项目经验者优先； 3年及以上数据采集、标注项目全流程交付或团队管理经验，有机器人、智能驾驶、具身智能等行业数据项目实战经验者优先； 具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够基于生产数据定位质量、效率和流程问题； 对数据质量高度敏感，责任心强，能够推动质量问题定位、复盘和改进，确保交付成果符合标准要求； 具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够协调业务、算法、工程、生产团队及外部合作方解决项目推进问题； 具备较强的抗压能力，能够适应多任务并行、交付周期紧、质量要求高的项目环境； 具备产品思维，能够结合业务场景提出采集、标注、质检流程或工具平台优化建议者优先。
