1、该职位涵盖“制造工程”和“工艺工程”两个角色。您将负责将机器人产品的产能从试生产/车间级别（几十到千台）提升到大规模生产，确保效率和高度的质量一致性，同时保持生产灵活性；亦负责代工厂生产交付、质量、效率； 3、机器人 产品的量产规划、设计和优化装配线和测试线的布局； 4、建立详细的 P-Flow 流程图、控制计划 (Control Plan)、作业指导书/标准操作程序 (WI/SOP) 文件，并维护工艺参数数据库；P-FMEA 分析； 5、监控和记录制造数据和效率数据，例如节拍时间 (cycle time)、首-次通过率 (first-pass yield)、停机时间 (down time)、设备综合效率 (OEE)、报废率 (scrape rate)、CP/CPK 水平；维护数据库； 6、通过与代工厂合作伙伴合作，为各个设施区域（装配、测试、库存、返工/维修）的每个步骤选择所需的设备和工具； 7、可交付成果、工作流程，并将需求整合到制造执行系统 (MES) 和企业资源规划 (ERP) 系统中； 8、采用精益制造理念 (lean-manufacturing philosophy)，引入 5S 管理方法，并提供持续的优化见解； 9、领导与外部设备供应商的沟通和跟踪，为机器人的装配和测试线定制设备； 10、识别和优先处理可实现自动化的制造工艺步骤，以提高效率和一致性，同时保持一定的灵活性； 11、代工厂操作员培训及关键工序操作工考核认证； 12、为研发及NPI提供可制造性设计 (DFM) 建议； 13、解决制造设施中发生的问题（设备、工艺等）。

1、拥有工程学士或以上学位：电子信息工程、机电一体化等 2. 至少5年以上AGV/AMR、无人机、机器人等行业的批量生产项目经验； 3、至少1-2个将产品从试生产阶段带入批量生产阶段的NPI完整项目经验； 4、 优秀的动手能力、分析判断能力，以及解决复杂技术问题的坚韧精神； 5、具备从零开始的设备或生产线设计以及自动化项目经验； 6、理解制造执行系统 (MES) 和企业资源规划 (ERP) 系统的逻辑和用法； 7、具备国际质量标准和工具的常识：IATF 16949、APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、MSA、SPC 和 8D 分析方法； 【加分项】 1. 协作机器人，工业机器人、人形机器人相关工作经验； 2. 具初创企业工作经验（尤其公司早期阶段）；全国各代工厂适应出差（集中珠三角及长三角），抗压能力强 3. 极度积极主动的精神，愿意承担具有挑战性和复杂性的任务、自驱力强，结果导向
