1. 银行关系维护与管理：负责公司各合作银行、潜在合作银行的日常对接与关系维护，建立稳定、优质的银企合作体系；定期对接银行客户经理、风控、授信团队，同步公司经营情况，维护良好企业征信与合作口碑，争取最优授信政策、利率及服务支持。 2. 贷款全流程审核与落地：主导公司流动资金贷款、项目贷款、固定资产贷款、贸易融资等各类银行融资业务全流程工作，包含前期方案对接、资料筹备、资质审核、授信申报、贷中审批跟进、合同签订、放款落地等全流程统筹。 3. 贷款风险合规管控：依托银行贷款审核专业经验，严格审核融资业务资料的真实性、完整性、合规性，排查贷款申报、资金使用、还款履约中的各类风险；严格遵守金融监管政策、银行授信规则及公司财务制度，杜绝合规风险、授信违约风险。 4. 贷后管理与台账统筹：建立完善银行授信、贷款台账，实时更新授信额度、放款金额、还款节点、贷款利率、到期时间等核心数据；负责贷后资料归档、银行贷后检查对接，按时完成银行要求的财报、经营数据、项目进度等资料报送，保障贷后合规。 5. 融资优化与成本管控：实时跟踪市场贷款利率、金融产品及行业融资政策变化，对比各银行融资方案优劣；结合公司资金需求，优化融资结构，争取更低融资成本、更长授信期限、更宽松担保条件，降低公司整体财务费用。 6. 专项事务对接：负责银行授信年审、额度续贷、增贷、置换贷款、保函、票据、信用证等各类银行融资衍生业务办理；统筹解决银企合作中的异常问题，高效推进各类资金业务落地，保障公司资金链稳定。

1. 从业经验：具备5年及以上银行对公信贷审核、对公授信审批、企业贷前贷后审核工作经验，熟悉银行对公贷款审批流程、风控逻辑、授信准入标准及各类融资产品规则，有实体企业银企对接、融资统筹经验者优先。 2. 专业能力：熟练掌握企业流动资金贷、项目贷、贸易融资等各类贷款业务流程，精通银行授信资料审核、风险排查要点；熟悉金融监管政策、企业征信管理、银行贷后管理体系，能够独立完成融资方案设计、申报审核及风险把控。 3. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，财务、金融、会计、经济学等相关专业优先。 4. 综合能力：具备优秀的商务对接、沟通谈判及问题解决能力，能够高效对接银行各部门推进业务；工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备较强的风险识别能力、数据整理能力及统筹推进能力，抗压性强。 5. 职业素养：品行端正，具备良好的职业操守，严格遵守财务及金融保密制度，无金融行业不良从业记录。
